What needs to be updated?

The current CONTRIBUTING.md file explains how to fork the repository, create a branch, and submit a pull request.

However, it does not include instructions on how to set up and run the project locally — such as installing dependencies, configuring environment variables, or starting the frontend and backend servers.

This makes onboarding for new contributors more difficult.
