Unable to accept Propose and Vote Invitations on Ollinet even though txn success

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Econ Gov UI on Ollinet
2. Click on 'Vote', 'PSM' or 'Vaults' tabs and hit 'Accept Invitation'
3. Sign transaction in Keplr
4. Review Txn -> Success
5. Refresh UI

Expected behavior
Upon refreshing UI, you should be able to propose votes and vote
