Option to disable Readability or change the number of characters (Obsidian Harper)

What problem does this solve?
Remove curly red lines for sentences above default number of characters before the "Reaability" issue appears.
Currently there is a way to Ignore Diagnostic, but it does not persist over all my other Obsidian notes, requiring me to click all of them, a note by a note, before those curly red lines disappear.

Option to disable Readability, change the number of characters, or when I click on Ignore Diagnostic, it persists over all my other obsidian notes (which should ultimately be saved as a flag, bringing us back to point number 1, an option to disable Readability)
