Feature Request: Like Button Block

What

A Like button block that captures the user's fediverse profile and sends them there to like the post they're reading. Most of the functionality needed already exists in the Federated Reply block.

We could also make it part of the Reactions block?

Why

Make it easier to interact with content users are reading on the web.

How about adding Like and Renote buttons next to the Federated Reply button in the comments section? In the future, it might also be possible to support custom icons for these actions.

Is there currently a way how to tell the remote server which action? I guess not. The best we can do is make the URL open in the users "home".

Suggestion: the remote-reply block should get more general. Currently it is limited to comments only. But it should also work in posts. I would prefer to also have the Text flexible.

Background: I am just designing the frontend "Vote" workflow for my polls extension. The remote-reply button almost fulfills those those needs completely. I would opt for making the present one more flexible rather than forking or rewriting a new one!

Please leave your thoughts, as I might find the time these days to do a PR myself.
