In Windows, for multi-line text in a TextBox, you need to backspace twice to delete line breaks.

As the title suggests

### To Reproduce

`<TextBox AcceptsReturn="True" Height="100"  />`

1. Enter a multi-line text in the text box.
2. Press backspace at the beginning of the second line (requires two presses).

### Expected behavior

Deleting a newline only requires one backspace.
