User Story
As a serious user of the resources in this repo, I want to know vetted dev, test, and production-tier settings for the managed resources so that I can update SKUs at the right times during the move to production for each resource.
Definition of Done
- Sample `azd env set` commands are available for use in promoting managed resources from development to test and then production SKUs.Values Provided
Users of this solution will not be left to guess which values to use when updating SKUs, or which SKUs are compatible with each other.
