Error on Colab (Oct 2025)

Hi, thank you for sharing this great work!

I tried running CroCoAlign on Google Colab for my research, but I ran into some dependency errors.

Could you please update the requirements.txt or suggest compatible versions of the dependencies so that the code can run on Colab or a newer Python environment?
