We need better instructions on exactly how to configure server-side components

I know we have this in the h54s repo, but I think we need everything in one place. Either we should write comprehensive instructions on configuring things like project document roots, metadata roots and services, or build it into the CSA yarn run configure script.

I really like the idea of adding this into the run configure step. I think that would make for a really neat developer experience.

Currently in the Bootstrap CSA README file we have section titled Modify adapterService configuration. I think, at the very least, we need to add that section into the other CSA README files.

This is a lot better now with the script. I can update the readmes to include script & make them line up across all 3, then we can close this i think
