Make a tool to filter segments

It'd be helpful to have a debugging tool that can apply a filter in the format of rating_dict.yml to the map quickly to find what streets are being selected.

As I am writing this, maybe it really is another .yml file that you can put in conditions. It would probably be cool to have some sort of identifier so that you can run a few different conditions and have each colored differently on the map. Best would to include a legend of the conditions.
