Implement organization-based billing and unlimited free invites to align billing with organizations and provide more flexible invitation options.

Previously, inviteQuota and billing were tied to individual users, which was not optimal for organizations with varying seat requirements. This change shifts billing responsibility to the organization, allowing for flexible paid seat management per organization and enabling unlimited free invites for members who will remain on the free plan.

This commit introduces organization-level billing by associating Stripe customer and subscription information with organizations. It refactors seat management to track paid seats per organization and assigns seat types to members. The changes include updates to the database schema, API routes for billing and webhooks, and UI components for displaying seat information and managing invites. A backfill script is also included to migrate existing user billing data to organizations.
