Don't exclude paths in PHPCS

During the L10 meeting, we noticed that some vital code paths were excluded from PHPCS of the plugin: https://github.com/Codeinwp/themeisle-companion/blob/master/phpcs.xml

Recently, a vulnerability report was done for this repository which could've been avoided if PHPCS was scanning that repository.
