M571 not working in RRF 3.6.0 and 3.6.1

M571 doesn't work in 3.6 series firmware. The configured output is always set to the state for no extrusion regardless of whether extrusion is taking place.

The output was being set for moves that had both forward extrusion and XY movement, but not for moves that had forward extrusion without XY movement. Fixed in 3.6-dev ready for release 3.6.2. Tested on 6HC. Awaiting feedback from the user who reported this issue to verify that it works on Duet 2.
