obo file / owl file no longer list terms as is_obsolete

The previous sbo export from the biomodels website with the flat obo file, would include a flag whether the term is obsolete or not. This is not the case in the obo file here or the owl file. 

Is there a version of the obo file that is consistent with the previous export from: <http://www.ebi.ac.uk/sbo/exports/Main/SBO_OBO_lite.obo>
