Move all Cake tasks to NPM “scripts”

It's becoming more standard to avoid make / Cake / Grunt / etc., and just use the "scripts" field in the package.json. Also, Travis-CI assumes this to be the case.

Anything more complex can be moved into a shell-script, I suppose.
