Restore browser support and browser-side testing #22
Description
We've come a long way towards decentralization / queuelessness, but I've managed to completely break browser-support along the way.
If nothing else, I've slowly and quietly abandoned the Cakefile that was building a browser-side package; and gotten waaaaaaay out of touch with the Browserify current practices. I need to re-write the bundling process from scratch, following current Browserify instructions; and then I need to re-build the Testling-CI workflow that was previously testing my code (or possibly move to SauceLabs?)
