Use the data access building block to test GDC/OGC Processes API on STAC Best Practice Collection

• Find DataCube Ready Collection in the DataCubeAccess STAC API
• Access the data from STAC API in an application package
• Document the worklfow.

This task targets building on top of the application packages developed in the context fof the datacube access BB

The datacube ready collection used is the one produced by the https://github.com/eoap/zarr-cloud-native-format EOAP module. It includes several observations in time of detected water bodies using the NDWI index and the Otsu automatic threshold.

The producer module generates a STAC Collection with the datacube STAC extension that references a single asset pointing to a Zarr store.

The consumer module reads that STAC Collection, accesses the Zarr store to calculate the mean.
