Re-evaluate usage of Nuxt

Since the introduction of STAC Browser for navigating through the catalog, it might no longer make sense to use Nuxt as framework for OSC. Lots of things could be simplified by converting to a "simple" Vue app.
This would ideally be done in conjunction with #366.
