Add loading screen and/or kernel state indicator

When a .mod is opened by the extension, it takes between a second and 3 seconds to spawn a new kernel and to import the dyno.py library while the user is staring at a blank screen. The extension should indicate that it's doing something through a loading screen and/or a kernel state indicator.
