Add dynare compatibility mode #4
Description
Currently, mod files are only used to get information about the model and commands such as stoch_simul or perfect_foresight_solver are ignored. Users should instead get the option to use these Dynare commands (in order to specify the simulation's horizon for instance), or to run existing .mod files.
