Re-Evaluation as EMF Transaction Trigger (#106)

Reference re-resolving fits the semantics of Triggers on EMF Transactions. These are executed when a transaction (e.g., a parser run) has finished but before it is comitted. Triggers may then add subsequent changes to the transaction in order to "fix" the model state before it is comitted.
