Update deployment parameters in the docs/comments/

The PDP equivalent of: FilOzone/filecoin-services#221.

I.e there are places like https://github.com/FilOzone/pdp/blob/main/tools/deploy-calibnet.sh for example, where we now should default to the agreed upon deployment parameters for Calibnet and Mainnet
