Producing file mimic-cxr-ehr-split.csv

Hi,

Thanks for your awesome work and the detailed code provided! I'm working on running your trainer. After extracting MIMIC-IV and running trainer.py, It complains about missing mimic-cxr-ehr-split.csv file. Additionally, I don't know how to produce resized images at f'{data_dir}/mimic-cxr-jpg/resized/**/*.jpg'. Could you please help me with this?
