Feature Request: Enable deep zooming out

Feature description

Just like deep zooming, but for zooming out.

Why do you want this feature?

The reason I'd like to have this feature is for QR or barcodes not to be shown fullscreen. Some scanners have difficulty recognizing the code when it is too big. Normally when this is the case, I can just move the phone further away from the scanning camera, but some scanning devices don't allow placing the phone further away.

This is really a problem with the scanner or the QR code. It shouldn't be solved in a Gallery app.

The "negative" zoom-out is already there, but like other Gallery apps, it snaps back to 1X as soon as you release.

I also would like to zoom out below display size. As mentioned here.

I'd like to have an option to disable the snap back mechanism when zoom is below 100% screen width/height. And then if i am zoomed out, i'd like to have a appearing button to reset the zoom manually (not that important i think).

For me it would be great to copy/trace images to paper or foil with a pencil off the tablet screen with my desired size, without the need to print them out.
