New release - date

So, normally I try to merge pending PRs and release a new version in summer, but this year I did not have enough bandwidth to do so, and I still have PRs pending to merge. I will try to finish them as soon as I can and do a release.

In the meantime remember that it is possible to install the current develop version if you need something not yet released:

python -m pip install git+https://github.com/GAA-UAM/scikit-fda.git@develop

Would be possible to have a 0.9.2 version with the current develop version?
