changed hook to only transfer project name from task warrior to timewarrior.

I was using the hook example provided and made some changes in it
The prime purpose is to remove the tags and the description from the task id when it gets appended to the timewarrior as I start stop the task
attaching my changed
on-modify.timewarrior.cfg.txt

This was required as otherwise my timewarrior report was getting unnecessary lenghty
