Install postgrest (https://docs.postgrest.org/en/v12/index.html) in the dev env, with route: /query-postgrest
Use the same database readonly user in ths repository. (https://github.com/Greenstand/treetracker-query-api/blob/main/deployment/base/database-connection-sealed-secret.yaml)

The gaol:

• deploy to https://[env]-k8s.treetracker.org/query-postgrest
• Can query the tree list by: [api-route]/trees
