Number of procedures

For every procedure name in the database, the viewer creates its color and icon image. However, Windows limits the number of Windows' Graphics Device Interface (GDI) objects is limited to 10,000 per process and 32,000 per desktop. See:

If the number of procedures exceeds 5,000, we'll encounter "no more handles" exception on Windows, and the OS may crash. This problem doesn't occur on other operating systems like macOS and Linux GTK.
