PhpStorm provides the ability to add a metadata file and describe the expected parameters for methods in it.

If we describe the arguments for the constructor, and then when creating a new object using autocompletion, the described options will be available to us.

But when using the annotation plugin, autocompletion substitutes only the name of the argument

but does not substitute value variants

If metadata support had been added, it would have made using the plugin even more convenient.
