Marking suggestions as closed. #52
Description
The project owner should have the ability to "close" an "open suggestion". This tells the student that their suggestion has been reviewed and likely merged (albeit manually) into the part.
We can discuss getting fancy about merging, but I think it's probably best to keep things simple for now.
- Add open state on suggestion
- close/close+comment functionality (a la github)
