Why Might IOC started using runIOC.bat Not Appear in IOC List in the IBEX Client? #7037

Any idea why normally working IOC (when run using runIOC.bat) might not appear in IOC list in the client? Anyone knows where the connection is/ how the client picks up existence of IOC? I'm doing rework on Keithley6517B and I must've not uploaded everything to GitHub since after checking out I cant see it in IOC list and the server doesn't see it when using console -M |

Try running make iocstartups in top level EPICS to populate the list with changes |

Not sure how exactly it works under the hood, sorry. Also you will probably need to restart the IBEX server for this to work |
