Commands do not work on Windows 11  #326

Even running

C:\Program Files\gifski>gifski -h

just launches the GUI.

I am trying to get it to work on the CLI, and I am quite confused, because the front readme says there's no GUI for this, but Releases has a .msi installer that actually works, and I can even get the GUI version to produce the output, but I can't figure out how to use it in the CLI format.
