Simultaneous analysis of multiple samples #34

Hello,

Thanks for developing this software! My question is closely related to #29, but distinct from #23: I'd like to jointly analyze multiple samples, ultimately plotting one dotplot. I could summarize separately computed Z-scores and similar info from each sample, but I feel it would be much more powerful to have statistics computed at the dataset level. Do you think it would be reasonable to generate a single input dataframe of spatial coordinates and cell types that contains all samples, where coordinates are spaced apart by sample with a gap larger than the largest spatial scale relationships will be tested? From what I understand of the methods, this approach seems promising, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't doing anything that would be statistically unsound.

Best,
-Nick
