Version 4.5
Next version will fully support DotNet Core 2.0.
Preview/Beta will be out this fall. Anyone how wants to test it can download the latest source and build - EPPlusCore.sln from the master branch.
The stable version will probably await Microsoft to release System.Drawing for Core 2.0.
