NodeType not defined

Precompilation failure seems to happen with TerminalLoggers@0.1.6 but not @0.1.5. Root cause seems to be in LeftChildRightSiblingTrees.

Also looking to solve this issue. Noticed TuringLang/Turing.jl#1941 (comment) which may be related. Do you have any imports in your startup.jl?
