Support conventional changelogs #402
Description
It would be nice if TagBot was able to optionally generate a changelog using conventional commits (instead of just using issues and PRs). Maybe one could use https://github.com/conventional-changelog/conventional-changelog
If this is something that you think you might want to support, I would be willing to draft a PR.
