[🔥AUDIT🔥] rm-linters (#30)

## Summary:
I'm having trouble developing code due to these linters. Dependabot doesn't appear to be working and I'm not seeing a clear way to automatically fix lint errors. I'm disabling this for now and we can revisit later on when velocity is less crucial.
