Use sdk-konnect-go instead of manually supported Konnect client #147

Problem statement
https://github.com/Kong/go-database-reconciler/tree/5fd73d7e76f9d4a181d8d029e089f3647f79596c/pkg/konnect contains a set of types and functions that are used for communication with Konnect.
With sdk-konnect-go starting to get some traction we could use it instead of maintaining a manually crafted "sdk".
Acceptance criteria
- go-database-reconciler uses sdk-konnect-go for communication with Konnect.
