ssl_cert/ssl_key no support in openresty stream

I use lua-resty-healthcheck in openresty stream(version: 1.25.3.1)  block with mTLS and set ssl_cert and ssl_key  in healthcheck, but it fail with:
healthcheck.lua:1018: attempt to call method 'setclientcert' (a nil value).
