Hi, I am wondering the details about how to group biochemical/biostructural properties the into two meta-property features as you mentioned in the paper "These biochemical/biostructural properties were then grouped into two meta-property features"

1. We will add the code to compute the meta-properties.
2. In fact in the future iteration we will not pre-compute them into meta-properties but rather directly process the (preprocessed) individual biochemical properties with an MLP.
