LC0 supporting chess variants

Lc0 is an outstanding project and chess engine. Making it play Chess variants in a separate parallel project would be fun !

As a variant enthusiast myself, I support the idea. It would be great if Fairy SF got a capable opponent. As of now, it's pretty much only self play when it comes to variant engine games.
