升级到photoshop cc 19.1.0 20180116.r.238 2018/01/16提示Javascript丢失

我这两天升级到最新版的Photoshop CC 但是自带的复制css功能报错，点击复制css后弹窗提示Javascript代码丢失

我看了CopyCSSToClipboard.jsx前面的注释写着

// IMPORTANT: This file MUST be written out from ESTK with the option to write the UTF-8
// signature turned ON (Edit > Preferences > Documents > UTF-8 Signature). Otherwise,
// the script fails when run from Photoshop with "JavaScript code was missing" on
// non-English Windows systems.

但是就是没找到Edit > Preferences > Documents > UTF-8 Signatur 这个UTF-8签名是在哪设置的

没升级前一切正常

请问有解决方法没呢
