Alignment of search modal is vertically centered on entire page

If you have a really long page, like https://www.manageiq.org/docs/reference/latest/doc-Managing_Providers/miq/ , then when you search the model appears below the screen...scrolling shows it, but it should really be relative to the top of the page.
