Documentation around procedures related to community moderators #571
Description
With the merge of #566 we now have a CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md document in the repo that refers to OPTIMADE "Community Moderators". We are currently lacking info on how these are elected, how to contact them, etc.
For now, we have agreed to select moderators out of the people who signed the CODE_OF_CONDUCT PR. But if anyone wants to indicate their interest in joining the moderators, either make yourself known in the OPTIMADE Web meetings, or via any of the other means of contacts listed at https://optimade.org
