Description of issue
Save and Run does not appear on the Home menu in the Dataflow Gen2 designer

The Publish button in the lower right corner replaces this action

New Step 6.

On the toolbar ribbon, select the Home tab. Then click Publish in the lower right corner to save and run the Dataflow 1. Wait for Dataflow 1 to be created in your workspace and it will run automatically.

I am now looking at this on my own Fabric capacity and it is Save and Run! The Skillable lab had the Publish button! So it is in a change transition. Be aware.
