Describe the bug

If a mission model is deleted from Aerie the plans associated with that model still appear in the plans list (which is fine). But if I attempt to open a plan I just an empty plan UI and a bunch of errors in the browser console. There should be a message to let the user know that the mission model is not available.

Reproduction

Create a plan, delete the mission model, and attempt to open the plan.
