Describe the bug

If I load a sequence in Phoenix through a deep link URL (e.g. http://my-aerie-host/workspaces/1?sequenceId=test.seqN.txt) the Actions menu is disabled. If I select a different sequence in the workspace and then go back to the original sequence then the Actions menu is enabled as it should be.

Reproduction

Create a sequence in a Phoenix workspace and add at least one action that accepts a sequence as a parameter. Copy the URL to the sequence and open in a new browser tab. Actions menu is disabled (but should not be).
