Re-add ARM test builds that were based on no longer supported Buster? #77
Description
Ploutos v7.5.2 will exclude Buster as it is no longer in the Debian repos, but that leaves some ARM specific builds that were based on Buster no longer doing anything.
As the ARM builds were done after long ago doing manual testing of the resulting packages, bumping them to a newer compatible base image of Debian is not enough, new manual testing should probably also be done to ensure the resulting packages actually work. Automatic testing is not supported by Plotuos at present for non-x86 builds.
