Softban after Ban clears the ban

> A ran a softban shortly after B ran a ban. Causing yuudachi to tell me the user wasn’t on the server and if I still want to softban to delete the messages. I said yes and it caused chewie‘s ban to be undone. Should probably check if the user was banned before in that case
