Messages by userapps cannot be reported #1212
Description
We initially blocked messages by apps msg.author.bot because we controlled all apps in the server, however with the introduction of user-installed apps (and the rise of scams and spam abusing them) we should reconsider that.
For report: the report should target the author (via message meta) and still state the app/content thereof (potentially use forwarding or see how to integrate with components v2)
