Create a view or filter that shows only rooms with unread messages #1959

The Problem
As of v0.12.0, there is a view accessed from the left-hand vertical menu that "shows all rooms without filtering" (it has a globe icon). Rooms with unread messages do get an indicator bar. And also the Alt+A keyboard shortcut jumps to the next room with unread messages.
However, with a large number of rooms, it can be difficult to notice rooms with unread messages. It would be nice to have a filtered view that shows only rooms with unread messages.
The Solution
Create a new view on the left-hand vertical menu that shows all rooms with unread messages. It would be similar to the existing "globe" icon view which shows all rooms.
Alternatives
There does not seem to be any way to get this functionality currently.
